Conference Grant Application

Given the shared commitment to supporting local food systems, the Feeding America National Organization is excited to support Partner Food Banks to attend the conference alongside their community partners. Local community partners may include nutrition partners, food producers, farmers, and other agriculture partners.

Grant Activities/Expectations

Be able to travel to Raleigh, NC for the Growing Stronger Communities Conference
Register for the Conference by Friday, October 30, 2026
Partner food bank must pass through a portion of grant funds to their community partner

The grant period will run from October 1, 2026 – November 30, 2026. Grant funds must be spent by the end of the grant period. Grantees can expect to receive payment in October 2026.

Grant Agreement

Funds are intended to cover 1 partner food bank staff member and 1 community partner attendance at the conference
We must be able to travel to Raleigh, NC for the Growing Stronger Communities Conference
We must register for the Conference by Friday, October 30, 2026
Funds must be used for the purpose described in this application.
Partner food bank must pass through a portion of grant funds to their community partner
Recipients will be asked to submit a brief report to include reflections on conference learnings
Submission of an application does not guarantee funding.
