Where should I stay?
There are a number of wonderful hotel options to choose from in Raleigh. We have a room block secured at the main conference location – the Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport with a special room rate! Visit this link to reserve your room today. The room rate is $249 (plus tax) and is valid for three days prior to and after the conference. Room must be reserved by 10/14/26 to guarantee this rate. The hotel also has a complimentary airport shuttle and there are many dining options within walking distance to the hotel.
Where should i park?
The hotel has complimentary onsite parking, as well as valet parking. If you are arriving by air, there is also a complimentary airport shuttle to and from the airport.
Are meals included? Can you accommodate different dietary needs?
- Yes, the following meals will be provided:
- Thursday – breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Friday – breakfast
- If you have dietary restrictions, please note them when you register. You can email events@foodshuttle.orgif you have any additional questions.
What should I bring?
Be sure to check the weather forecast, as temperatures in North Carolina in November can vary widely. Please note that Thursday night’s reception will be held outside at the hotel rooftop (there are outside heaters, but a jacket may be necessary).
