Where should I stay?
There are a number of wonderful hotel options to choose from in Raleigh. We have a room block secured at the main conference location – the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Raleigh with a special room rate! Visit this link to reserve your room today. The room rate is $209 (plus tax) and is valid for three days prior to and after the conference. Room must be reserved by 10/4/25 to guarantee this rate. Guests can also call the central reservations center at 1-800-325-3535 and use Mini hotel with the Discount Code IFF
Where should i park?
There is no onsite parking at the hotel However, there are numerous parking decks close to the hotel. Click here for parking deck options.
Are meals included? Can you accommodate different dietary needs?
Yes – the following meals will be provided:
- Wednesday – reception food
- Thursday – breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Friday – breakfast
If you have dietary restrictions, please note them when you register. You can email events@foodshuttle.org if you have any additional questions.
What should I bring?
Be sure to check the weather forecast since the temperatures in November in North Carolina can vary greatly. Dinner at the farm will be outdoors and casual.
